workin' on my fitness
As of late I dont think iv been taking care of my body very well. I go to the gym everyday about an hour after I wake up and do my cardio...go home and wait a few hours and back again for some weight lifting. Usually Iv always been on a good clean diet. BUT I still have been going out and drinking into the early hours of the morning and feeling like plain shit through the rest of the day.
So I decided a few days ago I would see what would happen if I settled it down a bit and tried something different...
With the help of some Tylenol P.M. And some "Detox 7" That I got for a mere 20 bucks at my local GNC I started on a new routine of waking up at about 7:30-8:00 am. Going to Java Boys for my morning coffee and hitting the cardio. going home having my well balanced breakfast and protein shake and my Detox 7... Going back about an hour later for some heavy lifting... and vuala (or how ever you spell it) ive seriously never felt so energized with such an up mood and my body is looking even better... Even though it sucks seeing my roomates go out when im going to bed and coming in from a night full of pure hardcore fun partying... i'm beggining to realize whats more Important i guess... Oh god... Is this me... Growing up...? sheesh... All in all though I feel great and look great and its lasting all day... just thought I would share.
